Step 1: Understand the Issue
Most disposable vapes come pre-filled and sealed for freshness. But occasionally, a small internal rubber airflow piece can get inserted improperly during assembly. When this happens, the airflow gets "kinked," meaning the air can't move through the device-and you get no vapor when you inhale.
Good news: this is a super easy fix.
Step 2: Remove the Mouthpiece
Use a pen or similar tool to gently wedge between the plastic mouthpiece and the metal base of the vape. Apply light pressure to pop the mouthpiece off. Once it's removed, take out the cotton piece underneath.
Step 3: Inspect the Rubber Airflow Seal
Look inside the vape and locate the small rubber nipple that sits in the center. If it's bent or off-center, that's what's blocking airflow. Use your pen tip to gently pull the rubber piece out.
Step 4: Reinsert It Properly
Line up the rubber seal and press it back into place, making sure it sits flush and forms a visible, centered black hole. This hole allows air to flow properly through the device.
Step 5: Reassemble Your Vape
Put the cotton piece back in (this keeps protective liquid from entering your mouth), then snap the mouthpiece back into place. Press it firmly down-using a tabletop helps.
Step 6: Try It Again
Take a draw from your vape. If you did everything right, it should be hitting perfectly again.
